Project Description

Massimals MKE: Rainbow is a continuation of the Massimals MKE project commissioned to activate use of Cathedral Square Park in downtown Milwaukee during the height of the COVID pandemic in Winter 2021.

The success of the winter install led to this second iteration of the project in which a color gradient was added to the original set. Massimals MKE: Rainbow opened June 1, 2021 in support of Milwaukee Pride and will remain in place during the summer for engagement.

This Project made possible by PNC Bank and Milwaukee Downtown with support from Milwaukee Pride and the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
